ERC Disclosure to the EGX Regarding Incoming Letter from the Tourism Development Authority (TDA)

ERC discloses to the EGX that the Company has received a letter from the TDA, in which the TDA withdrew its approval of the Company’s Phase III land bank at Sahl Hasheesh. ERC affirms its intention to submit a formal complaint and to pursue all legal measures available should the TDA continue to withhold approval following receipt of the Company’s formal complaint.
